As we age, even small changes in mobility and confidence can affect how we move, socialize, and stay active.
Sanady was created to support healthy ageing by helping older adults and their families recognise early changes in mobility, reduce fall risk, and maintain independence through simple, supportive daily guidance.

FAQ'S
What is Sanady and how does it impact our daily lives?
Sanady is a digital health platform designed to support healthier ageing by helping people maintain mobility, strength, and independence as they grow older. It uses AI-driven risk assessment, movement analysis, and personalised exercise guidance to identify early changes in mobility and provide tailored interventions that can reduce the risk of falls, injury, and functional decline. By enabling prevention rather than late treatment, Sanady helps individuals stay active, maintain independence, and improve quality of life while also reducing pressure on healthcare systems.
Can you explain the significance of Sanady in modern society?
As populations age worldwide, healthcare systems are facing increasing pressure from chronic disease, mobility decline, and fall-related injuries. Sanady addresses this challenge by shifting care from reactive treatment to proactive prevention. By combining digital biomarkers, mobility monitoring, and personalised health interventions, the platform enables earlier detection of risk and supports individuals before serious health events occur. This approach benefits individuals and families while also supporting healthcare providers and insurers by reducing hospital admissions and avoidable complications.
What are the key features of Sanady that make it unique?
Sanady combines several capabilities within one preventive health platform. It provides digital mobility risk assessment using AI and movement analysis, personalised exercise and mobility programmes designed to improve balance and strength, and early detection of functional decline through continuous monitoring of movement patterns. The platform also generates data-driven insights that can support healthcare providers and care systems. It is designed to be accessible and multilingual so that older adults and caregivers can easily engage with preventive health practices.
How does Sanady influence cultural practices?
Sanady encourages a shift toward proactive wellbeing and healthy longevity. In many societies, ageing is often associated with decline and dependency. Sanady promotes a different approach by empowering individuals to actively maintain their health, mobility, and independence. By encouraging regular movement, health awareness, and digital engagement with personal wellbeing, Sanady contributes to building a culture that values prevention, independence, and healthier ageing.
What challenges does Sanady face in today’s world?
Sanady operates in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment where integrating digital health solutions into existing care systems can be complex. Challenges include ensuring accessibility for older adults with different levels of digital literacy, demonstrating long-term clinical and economic impact through research and real-world implementation, and navigating regulatory frameworks for digital health technologies. At the same time, growing global focus on preventive care and healthy ageing creates strong opportunities for solutions like Sanady to support individuals and healthcare systems.
